Varadero
Righty then, here are the pics from our jaunt over to Varadero - a truly beautiful beach (which reminded me so much of the Rena Bianca beach in S. Teresa, just a lot longer).
We took a bus there, spent the night at a nice hotel (where the food was the cheapest EVER - TG for that!), after a nice swim and walk on the beach, and enjoyed the majority of the next day swimming, tanning (for those who wanted), beach walking, and I even got to go snorkeling (and saw a barracuda, how cool is that?) - Great trip! - Even though the bus back did break down for a good hour or so, but gotta give it to the Cuban drivers, they have definitely mastered making things work with what they have available.

Some of those scenery shots would make great computer wallpaper but I can't work out how to get to the originals. Which site do you use?

I use flickr! If you click on the picture you want to download you can then click on "Link" (which is found at the bottom right hand side of the pic) and it takes you to the site.
