Actually, I've been working hard, as usual, so that's not really true, but with only 6 people in the house it means we can have special stuff without it costing an arm and a leg. - So I made lasagna last night! I had to make do with the Mexican equivalent of some ingredients, but it still came out great!
It sure made me miss good ol' Italia! Sigh...

That looks really delicious, p'raps The Lord wants you to open a Family witnessing restaurant? Imagine, you could do take aways too and could include some Lit with every meal. Home delivery, no problem, free gift of a golden invite to heaven with every meal!

That would be a cool idea! Reminds me somewhat of the letter "Cinema Cafe'".
As for the time to do that, well, I am definitely NOT out of a job! ;)
I will keep it in mind though! - I just don't have that much time to cook, so when I do, I enjoy making good stuff.
I've not seen that letter, I'll ask my Shep if I am allowed to read it as an AM.
