10 and a half hours!!!
That's how many hours I sat on my butt yesterday taking notes in meetings. - 10 and a half hours.
I'm sure it's making a difference in how much time it takes me to tone my butt. Its like I take one step forward with the daily exercize I do (which I didn't do yesterday as we were in meetings ALL DAY), and then two steps back by sitting on it all the time. Yikes! I've got to find out if they have some special chair you can sit on to tone your butt - and to release your hyperness. - Of which I had TONS last night!
Oh well...its only a week - I'll survive.
In other news, I won't go to the market this week - so for anyone who was looking forward to some strange driving stories again, well, perhaps next week. Though hey, we do now have a green and white truck after the Lord supplied a new truck bed that's not as smashed up. Yay! But yes, I won't have to give explanations for any antics like this. :P

Hi Celeste thank you for linking me up. Hope your SWIFT works out. I know exactly how you feel. Summer is not complete without a SWIFT, or at least an OC Camp. Good luck with the meetings.
