Soccer!

I got to play soccer again the other day - it was so fun (at least for me it was). There were fewer of us so I got to run around a lot, and it was super good exercize. I didn't score any goals (HA!) and I even missed balls headed straight at me as I was discussing and prodding people on (now that was rather hilarious - it dawned on me after it passed me by that I was actually meant to try to get it).

Come to think of it, I don't know how many times I actually got the ball, I think I just ran after it and the guys with it more than anything, up and down the field, but hey, that's exercize, right? And even when I was in the goal box, I ran around it. :D

Speaking of soccer, I came across this video about yet another head-butting session. - Such a shame. And the pitiful part is that it is, yet again, involving an Italian team, and to add to it, Materazzi is the one head-butted again too. I feel kind of sorry for him, but I really wonder what he tells those folks to get them to react like that. - Oh well...good reminder for me against getting so competitive. Though to be honest basket ball is the only sport that got violent enough to where I actually was purposely punched in the nose by a guy. (Let's just say I didn't follow the rules of how to get a ball away and got a junior teen boy on a bad day. HA!)

At any rate, it was fun to play soccer again - I hope I can do it again before returning home.
